Air-Conditioner

1. Clean condensor coil if necessary
2. Check electrical connections
3. Check system for optimum cooling
(pressures, super-heat, temperature difference across coil)
4. Check for oil and refrigerant leaks
5. Check safety devices
6. Check condensate drain
7. Check thermostat for proper operation

For both Spring & Fall inspections we will . . .

1. Replace the furnace filter
2. Clean the Electronic Air Cleaner (if applicable)
3. Change the Humidifier pad (Fall if applicable)
