I have taken the time to write this note, just to let you know how very pleased we are with our new Trane two stage furnace and electronic air cleaner. We have had the unit in operation for several months now, and are very happy that your sales staff recommended it to us. I had Triad HVAC, Inc come to my house to service my (2) furnaces last November. At that time we talked about the state of my existing furnaces (Trane furnaces - 21years old.). I also had some old electronic air cleaners and humidifiers that were disconnected. Triads "Comfort Specialist" informed me of the technology that is available today with higher efficiency furnaces, air conditioners as well as electronic air cleaners and digital control.

Well he convinced me. We already had (2) air conditioners replaced last year so we went with the (2) Trane furnaces (XV-80's), (2) electronic air cleaners, (2) digital thermostats and (1) humidifier.

I must say I'm very pleased with my "Comfort Systems". The price was right and Triad did a wonderful installation. Their follow up service has been excellent and I would recommend them to anyone that is thinking of upgrading their furnaces and air conditioning.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for introducing us to the Trane home "Comfort System". Our Home has never been as comfortable and with the recent increase in gas costs we are seeing a tremendous savings on our natural gas bill. The humidifier and air filtration system have made Our indoor winter air considerably more comfortable. Our skin is not nearly as dry as in the past winters and the houseplants are thriving.

Also, I have to admit that I was a little apprehensive about your claim that the new system would drastically reduce the need to dust. Now, I am telling everyone that we don't dust any more. In all truth, we dust about one fifth as much as we had in the past.

The outdoor unit runs extremely quite. Because we have a small patio at our town home it was a concern, we hardly notice it running when we barbecue.

We were extremely pleased with how quickly and professionally the Installation was completed. We recently refinanced our home and the appraiser actually commented that he had never seen such a great looking job. The Trane and your excellent work certainly added value to his appraisal.

Everything you said about Trane and your company has proven to be true and I would recommend the product and your outstanding service to anyone. The Trane system, your service, installation and follow-up were well worth the money spent - it would have been a great investment at twice the price.

In September 2000 we decided on replacing our 22 year old furnace and we were considering installing air conditioning at the same time. We were also concerned about allergies we had been suffering from all of last year.

I received a mail flyer from a Trane dealer visited the "Troubleshooter" web site and attended the Fall home show at the convention center - which is where I met Kelly and Lo. I invited six different companies to give me bids on various HVAC brands. I was surprised by the differences in furnace and air conditioners recommended.

Triad HVAC (Trane) and one other Lennox dealer were the only contractors knowledgeable about the electrical installation (no passing the bucks) Kelly also seemed more concerned about matching the heat and air conditioning so the furnace and compressor would run with the optimum efficiency and least maintenance. Kelly suggested the 80% EUR Variable Speed furnace and a 12 SEER air conditioning system as being the most reliable and cost effective; on which authorities like Consumer Reports agreed.

The equipment was delivered, Triad was there, installation followed and it was running in a few days. We noticed immediately that our home was more comfortable, quieter and the cold spots disappeared.
Thermostat settings and checking outdoor air temperatures are easy.

Our electrical bill dropped 10% and natural gas usage dropped 30% for the same average monthly temperature days as one month last winter.

We're pleased with the improved air quality provided by the new air filtration system that works 24 hours a day at a very minimal cost.

We are pleased with the installation and service and I would recommend Triad and Trane to anyone looking to install a "TRANE Home Comfort System".
